Tarn invests heavily in researching new technologies. This keeps it up to date with the latest ideas and the benefits they bring.

The areas of interest that Tarn is exploring currently are:

    the exploitation of GPUs (Graphical Processing Units - the screen rendering device of a computer) to massively parallelise the work flow within the data matching arena; and

    the use of HTML5 and CSS3 to produce web sites, mobile web sites and apps from a single code core to significantly reduce the maintenance overhead.
