One of the pillars of experience of Tarn is its experience on architecture. Predominantly a solutions architecture focussed organisation, it also comprehensively covers Business Architecture, Data Architecture and Infrastructure/Technology Architecture.

As a body, we cooperate inordinately well with the Enterprise Architecture function. On many occasions, we have upheld the principles established by the enterprise architects in developing pioneering roadmaps and technologies.
We have substantial experience of Operating Models. By creating the right framework, it is possible to deliver standardised Operating Models which accommodate the varying degrees of maturity of a multi-national organisation. Key Corporate components can be melded to local applications to deliver roadmaps to any degree of convergence required. By abstracting the logical services from the physical deployment it is possible to create a 'pick and mix' solution appropriate to that country.
